Team Coaching

Definition

Coaching sessions focus on corporate performance and autonomy of individuals making up the team. Teams built up for specific projects, newly formed teams, merged or restructured teams

Individual Business Coaching

Definition

Helping relationship created between a person with managerial authority and responsibility within the organization and a coach using a wide variety of behavioural techniques and methods to help the leader to achieve a set of mutually identified objectives aiming at improving his job performance and autonomy, self-confidence and personal satisfaction, at taking responsibility, and hence, increasing the company performance.
